qemu-utils for Debian -------------------- The qemu-utils package includes a simple script called qemu-make-debian-root under /usr/sbin, which uses debootstrap to create an image suitable for qemu with a fresh Debian installation inside. If you just want a test system, not wanting to go through any installation process, that might be just ideal.
